How to Apply
1️⃣ Purchase Ministry of Health (MOH) Scratch Card
Available at designated banks nationwide.
2️⃣ Apply Online
Visit the MOH portal and complete your application.
Select Holy Family Catholic Nursing & Midwifery Training College, Nkawkaw as your preferred institution.
3️⃣ Pre-Interview Examination
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for an entrance examination at the college.
4️⃣ Interview
Qualified applicants will attend an interview with the admissions panel.
5️⃣ Selection & Admission Offer
Admission is granted strictly based on merit. Successful candidates will receive an official admission letter.
Entry Requirement
Applicants must have passes in six (6) subjects in either SSCE or WASSCE examinations.
For WASSCE Applicants
Minimum of A1–C6 in six (6) subjects (aggregate ≤ 36)
Subjects must include:
Core: English Language, Mathematics, Integrated Science
Electives (any 3): General Science, General Arts, Home Economics (Food & Nutrition option), General Agriculture (Science combination)
For SSCE Applicants
Minimum of A–D in six (6) subjects (aggregate ≤ 24)
